The truth of our condition is that we all have to grow. Everyone has weaknesses, sins, immaturities, and brokenness. Most of us are aware that we aren't perfect people.
True growth occurs when we are able to discover what our own particular issues of growth are, which areas of our lives need God's healing and maturing.
All of us need to be in the path of living the life of God: dependence on him, relationship with others, productive jobs and careers, ministry, and character growth. At the same time, we need to find out what areas we have fragility or a pattern of failure in and bring those into the growth process also.
